Sticky Date and Banana PuddingI served this to people who don't like dates, and they came back for seconds, and thirds! This is a favourite recipe from my sister, Susan, that was adjusted for Omnia cooking. I didn't have much brown sugar so I substituted for white, leaving the brown for the sauce. I also didn't have self-raising flour, so I just added 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the flour. Sometimes you have to improvise when living in a Motorhome!
